1. Platform role
MyCar UAE provides vehicle information, comparisons and connections with dealers. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, the platform does not sell the vehicle and is not a party to the sale, financing, insurance or warranty contract.
2. Account eligibility and security
Provide accurate information that belongs to you and do not impersonate others. Keep your password and recovery code private. Sharing your account does not authorise anyone to represent the platform.
3. Information, pricing and imagery
Prices and equipment may vary by trim, year, market and listing date, and some images are illustrative. Confirm the final price, taxes, fees, availability, specifications, warranty and service terms with the dealer before committing. We seek to correct errors; these terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Requests and test drives
A test-drive or quotation request is not a confirmed booking or purchase contract. Appointments depend on dealer contact and confirmation. The dealer may require a valid driving licence and compliance with its conditions. Each party remains responsible for its applicable legal and contractual obligations.
5. Dealer dealings and payments
The website currently does not collect vehicle payments or deposits. Any subsequent purchase, financing or payment is governed by your direct agreement with the relevant provider. Verify the payee and cancellation and refund terms before transferring money.
6. Acceptable use
Fraud, false requests, impersonation, accessing other users’ data, disrupting services, bypassing safeguards and unauthorised reuse of content are prohibited. Unlawful or harmful use may be restricted, subject to applicable legal rights.
7. Advertising and commercial interests
Paid placements or commercial recommendations must be clearly identified when used. A dealer listing or advertisement is not an independent guarantee of vehicle quality, credit approval or availability.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by others, a dealer’s breach of its independent obligations or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. No exclusion applies to fraud, gross negligence or liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not waive mandatory rights.
9. Updates and disputes
The terms version and date are shown and your acceptance date is recorded. Material changes should be notified and fresh acceptance obtained where required. Changes do not retrospectively authorise new data uses. Use is subject to applicable UAE laws, without overriding mandatory jurisdiction rules or rights.
